Training · Managers & teams
Develop relational skills that genuinely change the way people work together.
Communication, management, setting boundaries, navigating disagreement and giving feedback are not learned through theory alone. They are developed through experience.
The approach
Training grounded in real situations
Participants work from situations they encounter in their day-to-day professional lives.
Structured input · real situations · discussion · experimentation · role-play. We use these situations to understand what is happening and test different ways of communicating, managing and acting.

And above all: training built around your specific challenges
These examples are not a fixed catalogue. Every organisation has its own culture, constraints and situations. I design tailored training after an initial discussion to identify needs, real-life situations and the outcomes sought.
The content, exercises and cases can therefore be directly connected to the organisation’s reality.
Learning format
Preserve the quality of the conversations
I favour groups of 6 to 12 participants so that everyone can engage meaningfully. In person or by video depending on the objectives. A training day is generally 7 hours. Multi-day programmes make it possible to test and apply learning between sessions.
My view of training
I am not simply trying to transmit tools.
A tool is only useful when a person can genuinely make it their own.
Training should help people understand, experiment, question themselves when useful, and leave with sufficiently concrete reference points to act differently when they return to work.
Let’s talk about your context
Let’s build training around your challenges.
You can describe your situation even if the programme is not yet defined. Together, we will clarify the objectives and the most appropriate format.
