ABOUT
Understand organisations without losing sight of the people who bring them to life.
My background combines more than fifteen years in business with a humanistic approach to coaching and support. Through coaching, collective interventions and training, I help executives, managers and teams clarify situations, adjust their stance and work together more effectively.

MY BACKGROUND
Before coaching,
business.
More than fifteen years in business, in France and internationally.
I held management positions in the fashion industry, leading product and purchasing teams in demanding, multicultural environments.
A significant part of this career was international, including in Australia, and through collaboration with partners and suppliers in different countries.
I experienced the pressure of results, complex decisions, cooperation challenges and managerial responsibility, as well as acquisitions, reorganisations and periods of change that put people and relationships under strain.
I know business from the inside. This experience shapes the way I work: taking account of real business constraints while paying attention to their impact on people and on how they work together.
THE HUMANISTIC APPROACH
Understand what is happening between people.
I then trained in humanistic psychotherapy – Gestalt – and impact coaching at the École Humaniste de Gestalt (EHG).
This approach deepened the way I understand relationships: listening to what is said, noticing what remains difficult to express, and observing how each person takes their place in the interaction.
I believe people can evolve without becoming someone else. Coaching helps people better understand how they relate to others, recognise their resources and make more conscious choices. The aim is to support development without imposing a prescribed way of being or reducing someone to their difficulties.
My private practice with individuals, including executives and senior professionals, also informs my understanding of the links between personal experience, relationships and professional responsibility.
My practice is regularly supervised. I also assist trainers at the École Humaniste de Gestalt (EHG).
HOW I WORK
Connect the reality of work
with human depth.
Every engagement begins with listening and analysis: understanding your context, the issues at stake and the relationships at work. My approach is structured, pragmatic and deeply human. I build the work with you from your reality rather than applying a ready-made solution.
Start from your reality.
Clarify what is happening, what is expected and what is getting in the way, while taking account of your constraints and responsibilities.
Create space for more honest dialogue.
Create a framework where tensions, disagreements and difficult questions can be addressed respectfully, without trying to decide who is right or wrong.
Recover room to act.
Help each person recognise their part, adjust their stance and translate insight into concrete changes in day-to-day work.
MY CONVICTION
The quality of relationships shapes the quality of work within organisations.
A healthy working relationship is not one without disagreement.
It is one in which people can still speak openly, hear another point of view, set a boundary and take responsibility.
For the organisation, this means smoother cooperation, clearer decisions and less energy absorbed by tensions. I connect the quality of human relationships with collective effectiveness and organisational sustainability.
